'I move to impeach all of you': Determined parents battle HOA's 40-year-old rules to repair their roof - FAIL Blog - Funny Fails

This family decided to stand up for what they believed in… and what they believed in was their right to put a roof on their own home.

When you're deciding where you want to live, there are plenty of factors. But one that people don't always take into consideration at first is how the weather will impact them. Now, if you're going to live somewhere like Florida, you'll have to keep that in mind right from the get-go. The weather can be warm and sunny plenty of the time. But it rains multiple times per day there, and the more extreme weather conditions are no joke. Some houses flood yearly! As hurricane season approaches, those in the path of these natural phenomena have to take great caution to protect their homes.

Florida residents can put up window protections and seal their houses as best as they can. Having a good, non-leaky roof wouldn't hurt either. That's exactly what this family had in mind when they decided to upgrade their metal roof. In fact, their neighbors also thought it was a good idea, and wanted to improve their own homes in the same way. The only people who pushed back on the idea were the board members of the local HOA.

Check out this incredible pro revenge story. Then, read about the funniest and weirdest reasons these workers got fired, like one dude who got fired from a sandwich shop because he wouldn't stop "drinking the sauces."
