In 1986, the business further expanded with the launch of The Roofing Centre Albury/Wodonga in Union Rd, North Albury. It initiated a manufacturing operation for metal roofing, rainwater products, and sheds, servicing domestic, commercial, and rural markets.
The business operations expanded in 1992 with the introduction of the Home Selection Centre at the Albury/Wodonga branch. This expansion allowed the company to service a population base of over 100,000 people.
After over 40 years in plumbing, the contracting division in Corowa was closed in 1993, transforming the workshop into a storage space for bulk purchasing of plumbing materials for resale.
